So what does this mean for you?
Overall, compared to 2016, the total number of listings were down a bit in 2017, but sold listings were up so the market still feels strong. Days on market were down too, which is good for sellers but may make it harder for buyers to compete. Sales prices were up as was the average amount over list homes sold for. Bottom line – Median Sales Price was a healthy $1,250,000, continuing a 3 year trend of jumping by about $50,000 per year.
